INTRODUCTION

This Data Protection Notice (the "Privacy Notice") sets out how Truid AB ("we", "our", "us", "the Company") handles Personal Data of Business Contacts.


The Policy applies to all Personal Data we Process regardless of the media on which that data is stored or whether it relates to past or present customers, clients, supplier contacts or shareholders (“Business Contacts”).



WHO IS THE DATA CONTROLLER FOR THE PERSONAL DATA?

Legal basis
Consent. We may process your personal data for marketing purposes based on your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in every email.

Retention period

Your personal data is retained (i) for as long as you are a customer of Truid and for a period of 12 months thereafter, or (ii) during a period of 12 months from when you provided your last consent. 

Reports and statistics on an aggregated level (i.e. non-personal data) will be retained until further notice.

You can opt-out from our marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in every email.


Retention period

We will delete your personal data, if you are a so called “inactive contact”, i.e. if you have not been in contact with Truid for a period of 12 months or if you unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time.
Reports and statistics on an aggregated level (i.e. non-personal data) will be retained until further notice.

 

RECIPIENTS THAT WE SHARE PERSONAL DATA WITH

We may share personal information of Business Contacts with third-party service providers who assist us in carrying out business functions, such as email communication and customer relationship management. We ensure that such third parties comply with GDPR requirements.


YOUR RIGHTS


Under Applicable Data Protection Laws, you have certain rights in relation to the processing of your personal data. We process your personal data to the extent necessary to fulfil your rights.
